Description: Interesting vintage pin made in France in the 40's or 50's by Phaire. It is a black velvet or suede material over a gold base with small flowers attached that are made with small rhinestones. It has an interesting pull pin style closure that I have never seen before. Size of the basket is is 1-5/8" x 1". It is marked Phaire and in good condition.
